BARCC uses dog friendly training techniques in private sessions to assist you on how to teach your pet good manners such as housetraining and obedience as well as to coach and counsel you on tough dog behavior problems like fear, anxiety and aggression. BARCC helps parents to become better leaders by using reward based training methods. Rewards based training in essence means “adding or taking away the good stuff.” These positive methods help to build a better relationship between the dog and parent. With BARCC’s methods the dog begins to respect the parent as “the keeper of all good things.” Rehabilitation plans for tougher behavior issues, follow those of established canine behavior experts such as Jean Donaldson, Patricia McConnell, Ph.D., Susan Hetts, Ph.D., and Karen Overall, V.M.D. |
